Radar apparatus provided with a transmitter for the periodic transmission of mutually disjunct groups of N radar transmitter pulses and provided with a receiver for the receipt of echo signals of the groups of radar transmitter pulses. The radar apparatus moreover comprises a video processor for processing echoes in a listening time observed between two groups of radar transmitter pulses. By choosing a suitable staggering of the pulses in a group, the target range and velocity may be unambiguously determined.
La présente invention concerne un radar pourvu d'un émetteur pour l'émission périodique de groupes mutuellement disjoints d'impulsions d'émetteur radar N, et d'un récepteur pour la réception de signaux d'écho des groupes d'impulsions d'émetteur radar. De plus, ce radar comprend un processeur vidéo pour traiter les échos en un temps d'écoute observé entre deux groupes d'impulsions d'émetteur radar.
