ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A radar reflector for buoys and other floating objects comprises a plurality of identical corner reflectors formed by respectively three surfaces arranged normal to one another. The axes of symmetry of the corner reflectors in azimuthal direction subtend an angle of respectively 60°, the corner apertures being oriented progressively in azimuthal direction in such a way that with a perpendicular radar reflector axis alter- natlngly one aperture of the corner reflectors is direc- ted with a vertex upwardly, the next aperture with a vertex downwardly. The axes of symmetry of the corner reflectors define vertical angles of respectively about 90° with the radar reflector axis. Two of the three surfaces arranged normal to one another, of each corner reflector, are extended to their respective intersection lines with the surfaces of adjacent corner reflectors and the respective third surface of each corner reflec- tor is enlarged approximately to the intersection line with the imagined shell of a cylinder circumscribing the radar reflector, the respective third surface inter- secting the inner and outer intersection lines of the surfaces of the corner reflectors in points which are disposed on the shell of the circumscribing cylinder.
