The RADIAL HIGH VISCID SUBSTANCE ACTUATOR (RHVSA) is the device for relocating of any kind of grease, lubricating substance or slurry from one chamber to another. The RHVSA is particularly useful, when the substance is very viscid. More specifically, the present invention relates to the cylindrical tabs/pintles located by radial manner into the tubes of rotor. These cylindrical tabs/pintles are actuated by uniquely shaped rib located at the main body. The actuating occurs when the inner part together with the cylindrical tabs/pintles rotates into the main body. Motion of the cylindrical tabs/pintles is radial. During motion of the cylindrical tabs/pintles off the center the high viscid substance penetrates to the tubes space. The cylindrical tabs/pintles on their return way pushing the substance out from the tubes to next area. The synchronized position of the inlets and outlets of the tubes, relatively to access of the both chambers or spaces, allows to viscid substance to be relocated from one chamber to another or from storage space to the designated area (see sketch No 1).
