The invention concerns radiation-hardenable coatings processed from melt, solution or dispersion and containing as binders copolymers comprising the following: a) at least one monomer of either the general formula (I) CH2 = C(R1)-CO-OR2, in which R1 stands for H, CH3 or C2H5 and R2 stands for H, CnH2n+1, n being 1-30, an alicyclic, araliphatic or heterocyclic group, a hydroxyalkyl-, alkoxyalkyl-, glycidyl- or aminoalkyl group, or of the general formula (II) CH2 = C(R1)-CO-NR3R4, in which R1 stands for H or CH3, R3 and R4 can be identical or different and stand for H, CH2OH, CnH2n+1, n being 1-30, or CH2OR5, R5 standing for CmH2m+1 and m being 1-12; and b) at least one copolymerisable ethylenically unsaturated organic compound of general formula (A), in which R' and R'' can be identical or different and stand for H or CpH2p+1, p being 1-6, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl, and R''' stands for an acryloyl, methacryloyl, ethacryloyl or cinnamyloyl group and this compound can be partially replaced by one or more other copolymerisable ethylenically unsaturated organic compounds different from (a) and (b).

L'invention concerne des peintures durcissant aux rayonnements produites à partir d'une matière fondue, solution ou dispersion, qui contiennent comme liants des copolymères comprenant a) au moins un monomère de la formule générale (I) CH2 = C(R<1>)-CO-OR<2>, dans laquelle R<1> représente H, CH3 ou C2H5 et R<2> représente H, CnH2n+1, n étant compris entre 1 et 30, un radical alicyclique, araliphatique ou hétérocyclique, un radical hydroxyalkyle, alcoxyalkyle, glycidyle ou aminoalkyle; ou de la formule générale (II) CH2 = C(R<1>)-CO-NR<3>R<4>, dans laquelle R<1> représente H ou CH3, R<3> et R<4> peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent H, CH2OH, CnH2n+1, n étant compris entre 1 et 30, ou CH2OR<5>, R<5> représentant CmH2m+1, m étant compris entre 1 et 12; et b) au moins un composé organique copolymérisable, éthyléniquement insaturé, de formule générale (A), dans laquelle R' et R'' peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent H, CpH2p+1, p étant compris entre 1 et 6, cycloalkyle, aryle ou aralkyle et R''' représente un radical acryloyle, méthacryloyle, éthacryloyle ou cinnamyloyle, ce composé pouvant être remplacé partiellement par un ou plusieurs autres composés organiques copolymérisables, éthyléniquement insaturés, différents de (a) et (b).
