ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A radiation curable composition produced by the reaction of poly(alkyleneoxy)polyol or polyester polyol, organic diisocyanate, hydroxyalkyl acrylate, at a temperature of from about 30°C to about 80°C, wherein for each hydroxy equivalent in the polyol, 2.5 to about 8.0 equivalents of organic diisocyanate and 1.5 to about 6.0 equivalents of hydroxyalkyl acrylate is reacted.
