The present invention provides fluorescent inks and ink concentrates which are curable by exposure to ultraviolet or electron beam radiation. The ink composition is comprised of a) 20-90 % of an oligomer selected from (i) a formaldehyde oligomer, (ii) a cyclic-aliphatic oligomer, and (iii) mixtures thereof, b) 0.1-15 % of fluorescent dye, c) 10-80 % of photopolymerizable vehicle, and d) 0-20 % of photoinitiator.
