ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Radiation curable inks providing high print quality and durable low shrinkage ink films are prepared by dissolving in a reactive diluent a solid thermoplastic macromonomer of the formula R(Z)nX where R is a hydro- carbon group containing up to about 20 carbon atoms, Z is a vinyl aromatic monomer, n is a positive integer such that the number average molecular weight of Z is about 2,000 - 50,000 and X is a polymerizable ethylenically unsatruated end group, and adding a colorant and, if required, a radia- tion responsive free radical initiator.
