Disclosed is a radiation curable powder coating composition comprising at least one urethane acrylate having a glass transition temperature of at least 35°C and a melting point of from 50 to 120°C. The resulting coatings are stable to light and weather, have a combination of hardness and flexibility, and have excellent adhesion properties.
