Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention provides a 100% solids radiation curable toner adhesion-enhancing composition and coated product for use in nonimpact printing devices such as ion deposition printers and laser printers. The toner adhesion-enhancing coated product and composition comprises a web having first and second major surfaces with at least a portion of one of the major surfaces having coated thereon a composition comprising a reactive monofunctional monomeric acrylate and a halogenated paraffin in a binder. The binder comprises monomers, oligomers, or prepolymers having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group as well as a photocatalyst. The invention provides enhanced toner adhesion to the printed products and further provides resistance to image degradation resulting from solvents, scratches, or abrasions encountered during normal handling and use.
