A radiation protection device from cellular/pcs is disclosed. In this invention, the radiation protector consists of a single layer of artificial dielectric/conductive conductive polymer or three layers (one conductive polymer glued between two absorbing layers) of materials. A thin sheet of material (single layer or three layers) is placed between cellular/pcs phone antenna and the user's head. The conductivity of the sheet material is chosen to produce similar effects as human head. Therefore, there will be negligible effect on the performance of the cellular/pcs phones.
