A radio system has a control centre (10) for providing signals for transmission to a plurality of radio transmitters (13, 14, 15 and 16) each connected to the central source by a digital data link (12). A delay equaliser (11) measures the variable transfer delay of each data link and adjusts the transfer delay of the transfer links to equalise the transfer delays to transmitters, so that the signals from the control can be transmitted from the transmitters substantially in time synchronism.

Un système de radiocommunication comporte un centre de contrôle (10) destiné à fournir des signaux en vue de leur transmission par un ensemble d'émetteurs radio (13, 14, 15 et 16), chacun de ces émetteurs étant relié à la source centrale au moyen d'une liaison de données numérique (12). Un égalisateur de retard (11) mesure le temps de propagation variable de chaque liaison de données et ajuste le délai de chaque liaison de façon à tous les égaliser, de manière que les signaux envoyés par le centre de contrôle aux émetteurs puissent être transmis essentiellement en synchronisme.
