The invention relates to a radioactive patch for curing a skin disease and manufacturing method, which is a radioactive patch of 165Dy, 166Ho, 90Y, 32P and 192Ir which is characterized in that a sealed patch applied with 164Dy, 165Ho, 191Ir and 69Y, 31P of non-radioactive metal particle (1-5 µm) is made and then a beta-ray is irradiated and thereby beta-rays or gamma-rays are emitted.
