ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A flexible source-carrier of small diameter intended to receive radioactive sources for radiotherapy treatment and capable of withstanding bending at a small radius of curvature, comprises a first element E formed from a contiguous coils spring of diameter D and a second element e formed from a contiguous coils spring of diameter d < D, the radioactive sources being introduced within the second element e and separated from each other by flexible springs. The elements E and e are interconnected by a connector R having a shoulder A intended to come lean against a shoulder B of a connector P mechanically fixed on an applicator, thereby ensuring a suitable position of the sources in the zone to be treated.
