One of radioactive transition metal nitride hetero-complexes which can label physiologically active substances such as peptides or hormones without impairing the activities thereof. It is composed of a radioactive transition metal nitride and two different ligands coordinating to the nitride, and is represented by the following general formula (I): (M.ident.N)XY, wherein the radioactive transition metal, M, is radioactive technetium or rhenium; N is nitrogen; X is a diphosphine compound or a diarsine compound; and Y is a bidentate ligand having a combination of electron-donating atoms.

L'invention concerne un hétérocomplexe de nitrure de métal de transition radioactif parmi d'autres, qui peut marquer des substances physiologiquement actives, tels que des peptides ou des hormones, sans modifier leurs activités.
