The inventive system comprises a part (1) that rotates around a fixed part (2) and is provided with measuring devices (3) with antennae (5) which are radially directed towards a fixed antenna (6). The fixed antenna is comprised in an original manner, having two pairs of branches (9, 10, 14, 15) in concentric circles, and the spaces (13, 18) between the free ends of the pairs of branches are offset at an angle so that the signals emitted by the antennae (5) always arrive on one of the pairs of branches and provide a distinctly clear signal.

L'installation comprend une partie (1) tournant autour d'une partie fixe (2) et pourvue d'appareils de mesure (3) aux antennes (5) dirigées radialement vers une antenne fixe (6). Celle-ci comprend, de façon originale, deux paires de branches (9, 10, 14, 15) en deux cercles concentriques, et les espaces (13, 18) entre les extrémités libres des paires de branches sont décalés angulairement afin que les signaux émis par les antennes (5) arrivent toujours sur une des paires de branches et fournissent un signal bien distinct.
