ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Novel reagents and process for the correct and simple determination of human-muscle type aldolase. The reagent comprises radioisotope-labeled muscle type aldolase anti- body. The process comprises the following steps: (a) contacting a specimen with insolubilized muscle type aldolase, followed by separation of the solid phase; (b) contacting the solid phase with radioisotope- labeled muscle type aldolase antibody, followed by separa- tion of the solid phase; and (c) determining the radioactivity of the solid phase.
