Disclosed is a medical device. Specifically, a radiopaque implantable biomaterial device is provided. In one aspect, the device comprises a collagenous biomaterial derived from tissue submucosa having a biotropic agent, the biotropic agent comprising at least one of a proteoglycan, growth factor, glycoprotein, or glycosaminoglycan disposed thereon; and a radiopaque marker disposed on the collagenous biomaterial.
