Enter Radiotelephone terminal (3) with subscriber identification card (4) comprising a first means (18) operated by the terminal as an external auxiliary memory. The terminal comprises a second means (12) of memory type and a third means (13) for transferring data from the first means to the second. The card comprises a fourth means (17) of executing commands for updating data contained in the first means which are transmitted by short messages radiotelephonically to the terminal and a fifth means for eliminating commands contained in the short messages after execution. The terminal comprises a sixth means for determining if data were eliminated from a short message by the subscriber identification card and a seventh means for triggering the third means for transferring data when the detection of data elimination has been executed.
