ABSTRACT Improvements in rag tearing machines for the textile industry. The machine embodies an inlet station (1) in which the materials to be processed for first time (23) and the waste drained to be recirculated (19) are poured, separately, on the entering apron (2). Several rag tearing stations (4a, 4b ...) between which there exists fan groups (5a, 5b...) with side door (7) access which throw the material coming from the preceding station to a filtering box (9) in which interior the powder, after a sharp bend (10), passes through a pierced plate (11);the very material falls down and passes to the following station and so on until the end of the machine, however, there exists some gates (14) and if the said material is considered sufficiently processed, the respective gate opens and the material goes out of the machine through a duct (15).
