ABSTRACT A crib toy in the shape of a rocking pony having an outer shell with a downwardly facing U-shaped aperture contained therein. The U-shaped aperture contains a clamp adapted to fit over different sized crib rails to securely clamp the pony thereto. The shell contains a mechanism having an output shaft which drives a gear train for rocking the pony through a slideable connecting means, while music is also played by the mechanism.
