ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An anchor for securing a rail clip to a concrete sleeper has two nibs which extend from a clip receiving shoulder on either side of a leg which is embedded in the sleeper. A lug may extend from the shoulder i the opposite direction between two further legs.
