To allow owners of balconies, decks, and swimming pools to utilize existing railings to support this fold away table. In this invention, the table has an unique "Hanging bar" that adjusts to various widths to accommodate any size of hand rail. The table, with its one of a kind "Leveling bar" allows the user to level the table regardless of the construction of the railing, and provides a large resting surface against glass enclosed railing. A " Safety Screen" that runs from the bottom of the table to the top of the upright channel, prevents objects from directly falling of the table. Its unequaled "Flip Lock" feature, secures the table in a closed position to prevent accidents. The design eliminates the need of tools for installation or adjustment.
