The construction illustrates a new look for the railings at residential areas and any other desired places. (1) attaches the handrail (11) and the stairs to the railing- frames (2). The railing-frame (2) is made out of plastic, granite, wood and aluminium, which consists inside of it glass (3) from two sides. Between the glasses (3) there is a stained-glass window (4). The glass (3) and the stained-glass window (4) are attached together with a material (5). Railing-frames (2) can be illuminated by lamps (7). The illumination (7) and/or activation of the sound (9) can be done by a button (8), which is located on two poles (10) - one pole is located at the beginning of the stairs and the second pole is located at the end of the stairs.
