The noise and vibration generated by the train rolling on the railway tracks greatly restrict the increase of the train speed. Although there have been numerous technological improvements to reduce the noise and vibration, one principal factor of the discontinuities of tracks due to the track joints has not yet been resolved completely. The said invention redesigns the shape of the railway track joint; changing the conventional right angle cut track joint to a 45° angle cut mitre joint. This new design allows a total elimination of the vibration and bump caused by the wheel contacting the conventional track joint. As a result, the said invention is able to provide a great potential for the development of the high speed train, with a smooth and comfortable ride.
