The present invention provides a cylindrical rake for use in raking apparatus, which cylindrical rake comprises first and second end members spaced apart from one another along the axis of the cylindrical rake, a plurality of circumferentially spaced elongate tine-carrying members (70) which extend between and are carried by first and second end members mounting means for mounting the rake on a suitable carriage therefor, and driven means adapted to be driven for rotating the rake about its axis in use; which tine-carrying members carry a plurality of tine elements (80) thereon; characterised in that each tine element is constituted by a length of wire which is formed into two spaced coils (84), a respective neighbouring two of the tine-carrying members being inserted one each through the two coils for carrying the tine element on the two respective tine-carrying members (70), and each tine element has at least one free end (86, 87) of the wire which extends outwardly of the cylindrical rake for engaging the ground in service. The invention also provides a raking apparatus comprising such a cylindrical rake, carriage means adapted for translational movement over the ground and rotating means for rotating the cylindrical rake.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de ratissage cylindrique destiné à un appareil de ratissage, ce dispositif de ratissage comprenant des premier et second éléments terminaux, espacés mutuellement le long de l'axe du dispositif de ratissage cylindrique, une pluralité de tiges allongées (70) portant des dents qui sont espacées sur la circonférence, sont disposées entre des premier et second moyens de support des éléments terminaux permettant de monter le dispositif de ratissage sur un chariot approprié, et des moyens entraînés prévus pour faire tourner le dispositif de ratissage autour de son axe, quand il est utilisé. Les tiges portent une pluralité d'éléments dentés (80). D'une manière caractéristique, chaque élément denté est constitué par une certaine longueur de fil métallique formant deux bobines espacées (84), deux tiges voisines respectives étant insérées chacune dans les deux bobines pour porter les éléments dentés. Chaque élément denté présente au moins une extrémité libre (86, 87) du fil métallique qui s'étend vers l'extérieur du dispositif de ratissage cylindrique pour venir au contact du sol lors de l'utilisation. L'invention concerne également un appareil de ratissage comprenant ledit dispositif de ratissage, le chariot permettant d'effectuer un mouvement de translation sur le sol et un moyen de rotation pour faire tourner le dispositif de ratissage.
