The invention relates to novel methods and kits for treating or preventing disease through the administration of random copolymers. The invention also relates to the treatment of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, and to the administration of random copolymers in treatment regimen comprising formulations that are administered at intervals greater than 24 hours, or to sustained release formulations which administer the copolymer over a period greater than 24 hours. The invention further relates to methods for conducting a pharmaceutical business comprising manufacturing, licensing, or distributing kits containing or relating to the formulations or dosing regimens of random copolymer described herein.
Procédés et kits permettant de traiter ou de prévenir une maladie par administration de copolymères aléatoires ; par ailleurs, traitement de maladies auto-immunes, du type sclérose en plaques, et administration de copolymères aléatoires dans un régime de traitement à base de formulations administrées selon des intervalles supérieurs à 24 heures, ou bien formulations à libération contrôlée qui permettent d'administrer le copolymère sur une période excédant 24 heures. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés qui permettent de conduire des opérations commerciales dans le domaine pharmaceutique, englobant la fabrication, l'octroi de licences ou la distribution, pour des kits qui contiennent les formulations ou les régimes de dosage de copolymère aléatoire ou qui s'y rapportent.
