ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure herein describes a range which comprises a top cooking surface with air evacuation means therethrough, an oven located beneath the cooking surface that includes a front wall and a forwardly opening cavity, a door closing the cavity, air outlet means in the front wall in air flowing connection with the air evacuation means, and a continuous gasket on the front wall of the oven portion of the range to trap air on the sides of the oven and to direct it upwards through orifices leading to underneath the top cooking surface of the oven from where it exits.
