A range hood having a cleaning fluid reservoir. The reservoir is shaped and sized to fit within the range hood below the motor housing, preferably in abutment. The reservoir may be equipped with a heating system such as a heating element or a heat conductor system wherein a conductive material is connected to the motor housing and to the interior of the reservoir.
