The range hood is provided with at least one storage cabinet pivotally connected in the open space under the hood adjacent the fan and the lighting device. The cabinet is movable between a vertical opened position and a horizontal closed position. A lock is provided on the casing for locking the storage cabinet in closed position. The cabinet is intended mainly to store cans or bottles.
