A rapid access door system (10) is provided wherein authorized individuals may pass through the door system (10) and wherein unauthorized individuals are blocked from entering a secured area past the doors (29a and 29b) and are automatically rerouted to an unsecured area for further processing without blocking the door system (10) and impeding the flow of other individuals entering the door system. The door system uses modular units employing sensing means (43a) and a specially configured door which door automatically provides the rerouting of persons in the system. The sensing means (43a) determines, among others, the number of persons in the system, whether the door is opened or closed, whether a person has exited the system to particular areas, alerting speakers and signage, with the above information being used in conjunction with the door system (10) to provide a highly efficient and effective rapid access portal system (10).
L'invention concerne un système (10) de portes d'accès rapide permettant le passage aux individus autorisés et refusant aux individus non autorisés l'entrée dans une zone protégée située aprés les portes (29a and 29b). Ces derniers sont automatiquement réacheminés vers une zone non protégée afin d'être contrôlés sans bloquer le système (10) de portes et empêcher le passage d'autres individus y accédant. On utilise pour le système de portes des modules comportant des capteurs (43a), ainsi qu'une porte spécialement configurée permettant de réacheminer automatiquement des personnes dans le système. Les capteurs (43a) permettent de déterminer, notamment, combien de personnes se trouvent dans le système, si la porte est ouverte ou fermée, ou si quelqu'un est sorti du système pour se rendre dans des secteurs particuliers. Ces modules comportent également des haut-parleurs pour alarme et une signalisation. Les informations fournies précédemment sont utilisées conjointement avec le système (10) de portes d'accès rapide des plus efficaces et rentables.
