Fast prototyping process for the production of industrial parts by transformation of successive volumes of raw material from a first status to a second status by means of a transformation inducing device, said transformation being followed by a covering phase using at least one scraper, the scraper or scrapers (12a-12e) impeding, at a given time, the device from producing transformations in at least one of the portions of a working field (11) by generating a shadow effect, characterized in that at least at a given time t of a given cycle, the device is caused to produce a transformation in at least one zone of the working field (11) inside its portion delimited by the continuous, close and smaller contour containing all of its points concerned by the shadow effect at the time considered, the displacement of the scraper or scrapers being such that the shadow effect frees at least partially the shadow zone at the considered time t, a succession of transformations and displacements of the scraper or scrapers taking place in order to achieve the considered cycle.
Procédé de prototypage rapide pour la production de pièces industrielles par transformation de volumes successifs de matière première d'un premier état en un deuxième état au moyen d'un dispositif induisant ladite transformation, cette transformation étant suivie d'une phase de recouvrement utilisant au moins un racleur, le(s) racleur(s) (12a-12e) empêchant, à un instant donné, ledit dispositif de produire des transformations dans l'une au moins des parties du champ de travail (11) en provoquant un effet d'ombre, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins à un instant donné t d'un cycle donné, on fait agir le dispositif de façon à produire une transformation dans au moins une zone du champ de travail (11) à l'intérieur de sa portion délimitée par le contour continu et fermé de plus faible longueur contenant l'ensemble de ses points concernés par ledit effet d'ombre à l'instant considéré, que l'on assure ensuite le déplacement dudit (ou desdits) racleur(s) de façon que l'effet d'ombre libère au moins partiellement la zone d'ombre de l'instant t considéré, et que l'on assure une succession de transformations et de déplacements du (ou des) racleur(s) pour achever le cycle considéré.
