A method (32) of valuation of large groups of assets (12) by partial full underwriting (14), partial sample underwriting (34) and inferred values (40) of the remainder using an iterative and adaptive supervised (206) and unsupervised (208) statistical evaluation of all assets and statistical inferences drawn from the evaluation and applied to generate the inferred asset values. Individual asset values are developed and listed in relational tables so that individual asset values can be rapidly taken from the tables and quickly grouped in any desired or prescribed manner for bidding purposes. The assets are collected into a database (76), divided into categories by credit variable, subdivided by ratings as to those variables and then rated individually. The assets are then regrouped according to a bidding grouping and collective valuations established by cumulating the individual valuations.
L'invention concerne un procédé (32) d'évaluation de grands groupes d'actifs (12) par prise complète partielle (14), prise sur échantillon partiel (34) et par valeurs inférées (40) du reste en utilisant une évaluation statistique dirigée (206) et non dirigée (208), itérative et adaptative, de tous les actifs et des inférences statistiques tirées de l'évaluation et appliquées à la production des valeurs d'actifs inférés. Des valeurs d'actif individuel sont développées et listées dans des tables relationnelles de façon que ces valeurs puissent être rapidement extraites des tables et groupées rapidement sous toute forme prescrite ou recherchée pour des besoins d'offre. Les actifs sont rassemblés dans une base de données (76), partagés en catégories selon des variables crédit, subdivisés par notation quant à ces variables, puis notés individuellement. Les actifs sont alors regroupés selon un groupage d'offre et des évaluations collectives sont établies par cumul des évaluations individuelles.
