Medicinal compositions useful for achieving immediate disintegration, which comprise a solid dispersion of a hardly soluble drug in a gel-forming, water-soluble polymer and contain a salt of an alkali with a weak acid or a strong acid showing an endothermic standard dissolution enthalpy or dissolution heat. The compositions can be immediately disintegrated regardless of the pH value in the digestive tract and the drugs contained therein can be quickly liberated, thus achieving a high bioavailability.
La présente invention concerne des compositions médicinales convenant à une désintégration immédiate et qui se compose d'une dispersion solide de médicaments difficilement solubles dans un polymère hydrosoluble formant gel. Ces compositions médicinales contiennent un sel issu d'un alcali ayant réagi sur un acide faible ou un acide fort se caractérisant par une enthalpie de dissolution standard endothermique ou une chaleur de dissolution. Ces compositions peuvent se désintégrer immédiatement quel que soit le pH du tube digestif, les médicaments contenus pouvant se libérer rapidement, et assurer un niveau élevé de biodisponibilité.
