Quickly soluble solid preparations which quickly disintegrate and dissolve in administration sites with limited moisture content, for example, in the oral cavity. One of the dosage forms thereof is a solid preparation obtained by mixing drugs with saccharides which are soluble at a ratio of 30 g or less in 100 g of water at room temperature, saccharides which are soluble at a ratio of 30 g or more in 100 g of water at room temperature, and water in such an amount that the former saccharides cannot be completely dissolved therein, followed by the elimination of the moisture. Other dosage forms thereof include a solid preparation obtained by dissolving/dispersing drugs, saccharides and polyvinyl pyrrolidone in an organic solvent followed by the elimination of the organic solvent, and another solid preparation obtained by dissolving and/or dispersing drugs in an aqueous solution of saccharides followed by freeze-drying. Because of rapidly soluble in the oral cavity, these preparations are easy to take for patients with deglutition disorder, the aged and infants, which brings about expectations of improvement in the compliance.
L'invention concerne des préparations solides rapidement solubles, qui se désintègrent et se dissolvent rapidement sur leurs sites d'administration avec un degré d'humidité réduit, par exemple dans la cavité buccale. L'une des formes galéniques de ces préparations est une préparation solide obtenue par mélange de médicaments, de saccharides solubles selon un rapport de 30g ou moins pour 100g d'eau à température ambiante, et de saccharides solubles selon un rapport de 30g ou plus pour 100g d'eau à température ambiante, la quantité d'eau n'étant pas suffisante pour que ces saccharides soient complètement dissous, et l'humidité étant ensuite éliminée. D'autres formes galéniques comprennent une préparation solide obtenue par dissolution/dispersion de médicaments, de saccharides, et de polyvinylpyrrolidone dans un solvant organique, ce solvant organique étant ensuite éliminé. Une autre préparation solide peut être obtenue par dissolution et/ou dispersion de médicaments dans une solution aqueuse de saccharides, puis par cryodessication. Ces préparations étant rapidement solubles dans la cavité buccale, elles peuvent être facilement administrées à des patients, adultes ou enfants, atteints de troubles de la déglutition, ce qui laisse espérer des améliorations dans l'observation des prescriptions.
