The present invention provides a rapidly releasing and taste-masking pharmaceutical dosage form comprising a core containing a pharmaceutically active ingredient, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose, the amount of the microcrystalline cellulose being at least 26.0 weight percent based on the total weight of the core; an inner coating layer formed on the core and containing a water-soluble polymer; and an outer coating layer formed on the inner coating layer and containing a saliva-insoluble polymer. A process for preparing such oral dosage form is also disclosed.

L'invention concerne une forme galénique pharmaceutique à libération rapide et masquant le goût. Cette forme galénique comprend un noyau contenant un ingrédient actif sur le plan pharmaceutique, de l'hydroxypropylcellulose à substitution basse et de la cellulose microcristalline, la quantité de la cellulose microcristalline représentant au moins 26 % en poids sur la base du poids total du noyau. Elle comprend également une couche de revêtement intérieure recouvrant le noyau et contenant un polymère soluble dans l'eau, et une couche de revêtement extérieure recouvrant la couche de revêtement intérieure et contenant un polymère insoluble dans la salive.
