The invention provides a screw-type lift for the safe lowering of a load while preventing additional lifting upon failure of a lifting nut. A ratchet lifting nut assembly (12) includes a lifting nut (24) and an auxiliary nut (26) threadably engaging a lifting screw (14) and a wear gap (34) separating the lifting nut (24) from the auxiliary nut (26). The ratchet assembly (12) has a portion that is supported on the auxiliary nut (26) and is aligned for engagement with a pawl (36) supported on the lifting nut (24). In a failure mode of operation, the wear gap (34) is eliminated wherein the auxiliary nut (26) is supported on the lifting nut (24) and the load is then solely supported by the auxiliary nut (26).
Cette invention concerne un ascenceur à vis qui assure la descente sans danger d'une charge et s'oppose à la montée de la charge en cas de défaillance d'un écrou de levage. Un ensemble (12) écrou de levage à cliquet comprend un écrou de levage (24) et un écrou auxiliaire (26) qui mettent en contact par filetage une vis (14) de levage et un espace d'usure (34) séparant l'écrou de levage (24) de l'écrou auxiliaire (26). L'ensemble cliquet (12) comporte une partie qui est portée sur l'écrou auxiliaire (26) et alignée pour s'associer à un doigt d'encliquetage (36) lui-même porté sur l'écrou de levage (24).
