ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A razor handle having arms for pivotably engaging a razor blade cartridge, wherein a latch is provided for retaining the cartridge at a predetermined angle relative to the body portion when the cartridge is rotated to said predetermined angle. The latch is releasable to allow the cartridge to return to the pivoting mode.
