The peripheral re-reeling machine comprises: a first winding roller (15) around which the band-shaped material (N) to be wound is guided; a second winding roller (17), there being defined said first and said second winding roller a throat (19) into which the winding cores (A, A1, A2) are introduced in succession; feeder means (67) for introducing the cores (A, A1, A2) into said throat, and means of control (92) for bringing about, on each insertion of a new winding core, a variation in the winding conditions for the insertion of a new core (A). A sensor means (90) associated with said throat (19) is provided, which detects the passage of the core at a predetermined point and emits a signal on the passage of said core; the cyclical variation of the winding conditions is phased according to said signal.
Machine de rembobinage périphérique comportant un premier rouleau d'enroulement (15) autour duquel passe le matériau en bande (N) à enrouler; un second rouleau d'enroulement (17) délimitant avec le premier un passage (19) dans lequel s'engagent successivement les mandrins d'enroulement (A, A1, A2); des moyens d'alimentation (67) servant à introduire les mandrins (A, A1, A2) dans ce passage; et des moyens de commande (92) assurant, lors de chaque introduction d'un nouveau mandrin d'enroulement, une variation des conditions d'enroulement pour l'introduction d'un nouveau mandrin (A). Un capteur (90) associé audit passage (19) est prévu pour détecter le passage du mandrin par un point déterminé, et pour émettre un signal lors de ce passage, les variations cycliques des conditions d'enroulement étant mises en phase en fonction de ce signal.
