Abstract of the Disclosure A re-using heat-sensitive transfer recording media which comprises a foundation and an ink-containing layer provided on the foundation, said ink-containing layer comprising porous particles impregnated with a hot-meltable ink and a binder material for bonding the particles to each other, said binder material being substantially incompatible with the hot-meltable ink. According to the recording media, printed images having a high optical density can be obtained from the initial use thereof and printed images having such high optical density can be obtained at every repeated use.
