Intended is to acquire a high yield of an object substance and to retain a high productivity. A reaction apparatus (10) comprises a main passage (12) of an internal diameter of 3 mm for a raw material (M1) to flow therein, an inlet passage (14) for a raw material (M2) to react chemically with the raw material (M1) and to flow therein, and five branch inlet passages (16a - 16e) branching from the inlet passage (14) for introducing the raw material (M2) into the main passage (12) at predetermined inlet points (12o - 12s) in the main passage (12). In this main passage (12), the length of passages (12b - 12d) of the adjoining inlet points (12p - 12s) is made equal to or less than the length of the passages (12a - 12c) between the adjoining inlet points (12o - 12r) just ahead in the flow direction of the raw material (M1). Moreover, the length of passages (12b - 12d) of at least one adjoining inlet points (12p - 12s) is made shorter than the length of the passages (12a - 12c) between the adjoining inlet points (12o - 12r) ahead in the flow direction of the raw material (M1).
La présente invention concerne un appareil de réaction permettant d'obtenir un rendement élevé d'une substance souhaitée et de maintenir une productivité élevée. L'appareil de réaction selon la présente invention (10) comporte un passage principal (12) d'un diamètre interne de 3 mm pour la circulationd'une matière première (M1), un passage d'admission (14) pour une matière première (M2) destinée à une réaction chimique avec la matière première (M1)et à y circuler, et cinq passages d'admissions en dérivation (16a à 16e)depuis le passage d'admission (14) pour introduire la matière première (M2)dans le passage principal (12) à des points d'admission prédéterminés (12o à 12s) dans le passage principal (12). Dans ce passage principal (12), la longueur des passages (12b à 12d) des points d'admission (12p - 12s) est rendue égale ou inférieure à la longueur des passages (12a à 12c) entre les points d'admission adjacents(12o à 12r) immédiatement à l'avant dans la direction d'écoulement de la matière première (M1). En outre, la longueur des passages (12b à 12d) est inférieure à la longueur des passages (12a à 12c) entre les points d'admission adjacents (12o à 12r) à l'avant de la direction d'écoulement de la matière première (M1).
