The invention relates to standard reaction chambers containing complex stable reagent formulations, suitable for the holding and optional storage of complex liquid patient samples, subsequently analysed for the presence of pathogenic microbial nucleic acids (bacteria, viruses etc). The reaction chambers preferably comprise complex stable reagent formulations, which permit the detection and quantitative isolation of viral and bacterial nucleic acids even in the presence of a limited number of replications from a complex biological sample. A simple archiving system for clinically relevant nucleic acids can be produced at the same time. The application of said reaction chambers, comprising the complex stable reagent formulations, permits a drastic reduction in the necessary method steps for sample handling and a significant reduction in potential infection risks and contamination risks.
L'invention concerne des chambres de réaction standard contenant des formulations de réactifs complexes stables au stockage, et qui sont par conséquent conçues pour loger et éventuellement stocker des échantillons de patients fluides et complexes destinés à être analysés en vue de détecter la présence d'acides nucléiques microbiens pathogènes (bactéries, virus, etc.). De préférence, ces chambres de réaction comportent des formulations de réactifs complexes stables au stockage permettant de détecter et d'isoler quantitativement des acides nucléiques viraux et bactériens dans un nécessaire d'analyse, même s'il existe un nombre de copies extrêmement faible provenant d'un échantillon biologique complexe. L'invention concerne en outre un système d'archivage simple pour les acides nucléiques cliniquement utiles. L'utilisation de ces chambres de réaction contenant lesdites formulations de réactifs complexes stables au stockage permet de réduire de manière radicale des étapes indispensables de la manipulation d'échantillons et ainsi de diminuer de manière significative des risques potentiels d'infection et de contamination.
