READILY ASSIMILABLE FAT COMPOSITIONS Abstract of the Disclosure Vegetable oil mixtures containing from 20-50% by weight of palm oil and quantitites of lauric acid oils, oleic acid oils, and linoleic acid oils needed to provide proportions of oleic, palmitic, and linoloeic triglycerides similar to human milk are readily absorbed by normal full-term infants and are well suited as fat ingredients for infant formulas.
