ABREGE L'invention concerne un réactif et un procédé pour le dosage quantitatif d'un ADN viral tel que celui de l'hépatite B. Le réactif contient en mélange une concen- tration déterminée d'un phage, dans lequel est empaquetée une sonde d'ADN hybridable à l'ADN viral à doser, d'une part, et des protéines, d'autre part. Le procédé consiste a mettre en contact le réactif sus-indiqué avec l'échan- tillon contenant l'ADN viral à doser, dans des conditions permettant l'hybridation, et à comparer les quantités d'hybrides formés à une abaque prédéterminée pour finale- ment déterminer le concentration de l'échantillon en ADN viral.
