The invention relates to the detection of three different bacterial species which are responsible for sexually-transmitted diseases, i.e., Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) and Mycoplasma genitalium (MG). The invention more particularly relates to the detection of these three species in real-time PCR, in multiplex PCR and in real-time multiplex PCR. The invention provides reference templates sequences, which are especially adapted to the design of primers and probes, which can be used together in the same tube to detect CT and/or MG and/or NG by real-time multiplex amplification.
L'invention concerne la détection de trois espèces bactériennes différentes qui sont responsables de maladies sexuellement transmissibles, à savoir Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) et Mycoplasma genitalium (MG). L'invention concerne plus particulièrement la détection de ces trois espèces à l'aide d'une PCR en temps réel, d'une PCR multiplex et d'une PCR multiplex en temps réel. L'invention concerne des séquences matricielles de référence qui sont spécialement adaptées à la conception d'amorces et de sondes et peuvent être utilisées simultanément dans le même tube pour détecter les espèces CT et/ou MG et/ou NG au moyen d'une amplification multiplex en temps réel.
