A solution for diagnostic applications is proposed. Particularly, a corresponding diagnostic system includes means (903-906) for providing (A1 -A3) a plurality of input signals representative of a body-part being perfused with a contrast agent over time, each input signal being indicative of a response to an interrogating stimulus of a corresponding location of the body-part possibly including the contrast agent, means (909-930) for generating (A4.1- A4.3) a plurality of filtered signals from selected input signals of selected locations, each filtered signal at each instant over time being generated from a corresponding selected input signal according to a portion of the selected input signal including said instant, and means (933-939) for monitoring (A4.4-A4.6) each filtered signal to detect a peak in the response to the interrogation stimulus of the corresponding selected location, the peak being detected in response to the fulfillment of a stability condition by a corresponding portion of the filtered signal.

L'invention porte sur une solution destinée à des applications de diagnostic. En particulier, un système de diagnostic correspondant comprend des moyens (903-906) de délivrance (A1-A3) d'une pluralité de signaux d'entrée représentatifs d'une partie corporelle perfusée par un agent de contraste dans le temps, chaque signal d'entrée étant indicatif d'une réponse à un stimulus d'interrogation d'un emplacement correspondant de la partie corporelle pouvant comprendre l'agent de contraste, des moyens (909-930) de génération ((A4.1-A4.3) d'une pluralité de signaux filtrés à partir de signaux d'entrée sélectionnés d'emplacements sélectionnés, chaque signal filtré a chaque instant dans le temps étant généré à partir d'un signal d'entrée sélectionné correspondant à une partie du signal d'entrée sélectionné comprenant ledit instant, et des moyens (933-939) de surveillance (A4.4-A4.6) de chaque signal filtré afin de détecter un pic en réponse au stimulus dinterrogation de l'emplacement sélectionné correspondant, le pic étant détecté en réponse à la satisfaction d'une condition de stabilité par une partie correspondante du signal filtré.
