A general method of anomaly detection (208) from time-correlated sensor data is disclosed. Multiple time-correlated signals are received. Their cross- signal behavior is compared against a fixed library of invariants. The library is constructed during a training process, which is itself data-driven using the same time-correlated signals. The method is applicable to a broad class of problems and is designed to respond to any departure from normal operation, including faults or events that lie outside the training envelope.

L'invention concerne un procédé général de détection d'anomalies à partir de données de détection correlées avec le temps. Des signaux multiples corrélés avec le temps sont reçus. Leur comportement croisé est comparé à une bibliothèque fixe d'invariants. La bibliothèque est construite au cours d'un processus d'apprentissage guidé par les données au moyen des mêmes signaux corrélés avec le temps. Le procédé peut être appliqué à un large éventail de problèmes et est conçu pour assurer une réponse à n'importe quel écart par rapport à un fonctionnement normal, y compris aux anomalies ou événements ne faisant pas partie de l'enveloppe d'apprentissage.
