A reamer shoe (1) for mounting on a tubing string has a reaming area (5) supporting a plurality of discrete reaming members (6) typically formed as simple geometrical shapes. The reaming members provide complete circumferential coverage of the shoe body (2) but the individual reaming members are non-continuous and do not fully extend either longitudinally along or circumferentially around the reaming area on the shoe body. The invention therefore provides a reamer shoe for reaming a bore in preparation for receiving casing, which is effective on rotation or reciprocation, regardless of direction or speed.
Cette invention concerne un patin de trépan (1) destiné à être monté sur une colonne de tubes, qui comporte une partie aléseuse (5) sur laquelle est montée une pluralité d'éléments aléseurs séparés (6) agencés généralement selon un motif géométrique sinople. Les éléments aléseurs sont répartis sur l'ensemble de la surface du corps de patins (2) à sa périphérie, mais ils sont séparés les uns des autres aussi bien dans le sens longitudinal que dans le sens radial sur la partie aléseuse du corps de patin. L'invention concerne également un patin de trépan utilisé pour forer un alésage en vue du montage d'une chemise, qui travaille selon un mouvement de rotation ou de va-et-vient, indépendamment de la direction ou de la vitesse.
