To provide a rear grip structure being capable of discharging water entered from between the hull side and the seat easily. The rear grip structure 30 for a small boat has a structure in which the outer frame 31 is formed into a hollow structure and is inclined upward, and the outer frame 31 is formed with the first eyelets 33, 33 at the lower portions 32, 32 on the left and the right and with the second eyelets 34... at the portions higher than the first eyelets 33, 33, so that the outer frame 31 plays the role of a drain trough in such a manner that the seawater pooled in the rear grip structure 30 is taken into the hollow outer frame 31 through the second eyelets 34... and seawater flown down in the outer frame 31 is discharged through the first eyelets 33, 33, and is a member to be mounted on the upper hull 13 with the mounting bolt 43.
