A drawer slide interlock assembly is provided for a stack of drawers, the interlock assembly being fitted to the rear of the drawer slides so as to allow the slides to be shrouded, the assembly comprising a housing fitted within an outer slide member, the housing having a plate supported thereon preferably slidably and biased towards the rear of the slide member, there being an actuator on a rear end of an inner slide member having an actuating surface thereon which co-operates with an actuator follower slidably supported in the slide member for movement at right angles to the direction of movement of the plate, the arrangement being such that when a drawer is moved towards an open position the actuator follower is moved from a first position to a blocking position which results in any other drawer in the stack being prevented from being opened.
La présente invention concerne un système de verrouillage de glissière de tiroir destiné à une colonne de tiroirs, le système de verrouillage étant mis en place à l'arrière des glissières de tiroir de façon à permettre aux glissières d'être emboîtées. Le système comprend un boîtier (22) mis en place dans un élément externe de glissière, le boîtier (22) présentant une plaque (26) prenant appui sur celui-ci et pouvant de préférence coulisser en subissant une précontrainte en direction de l'arrière de l'élément de glissière. Un élément d'actionnement (32) se trouve à une extrémité arrière d'un élément interne de glissière (16) présentant une surface d'actionnement (58) qui coopère avec un élément suiveur (36) qui prend appui, de manière à pouvoir coulisser, dans l'élément de glissière (14) pour effectuer un mouvement à angle droit par rapport à la direction de déplacement de la plaque (26). Selon l'invention, le système est conçu de sorte que, lorsqu'un tiroir est déplacé vers une position d'ouverture, l'élément suiveur (36) est déplacé d'une première position à une position de blocage qui empêche à tout autre tiroir de la colonne d'être ouvert.
