- 1 - IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO THE REARING OF LIVESTOCK A B S T R A C T A biocidal composition, suitable for the sanitization of litter upon which livestock is reared, comprising a substantially anhydrous biocidal alkyl benzene sulphonic acid dissolved in an hydrophobic oil base. The biocidal spectrum of the composition may be extended by incorporation of other biocides and/or insecticides into the composition. The invention also provides a method of sanitizing litter using the biocidal composition, and litter whenever treated with the biocidal composition.
